Canadian financial services group Desjardins Financial Corporation has signed two new IT outsourcing contracts, worth C$70 million, with CGI Group.
The new contracts are extensions of existing deals for the supply of facilities management services for Desjardins' General Insurance and Financial Security subsidiaries. CGI will continue to provide the firms with technical assistance services as well as data centre and incident management services.
