Princeton Financial to distribute DSTi data hub

Princeton Financial Systems, a subsidiary of State Street Corporation, is to distrbute DSTi's OpenDataWarehouse (ODW) solution to users of its portfolio management and accounting suite, Pam.

ODW is a data hub that collects core accounting information and market data. It serves both as a unified reporting repository and a data gateway that can feed a diverse set of downstream applications.

Jim Russo, president and CEO, Princeton Financial, says ODW "provides Pam users the means to distribute Pam data commingled with data from complementary systems to facilitate consolidated reporting to both their internal and external clients."

The Pam suite can be deployed in-house or accessed via the Internet and is currently used by 370 firms worldwide.

Seperately, Princeton has introduced InfoStream, an interface technology that introduces XML-based Web services and middleware to the PAM business engine. It uses the Microsoft .NET infrastructure to enable easier integration with multiple operating systems and interfaces to new channels, including mobiles and PDAs.
