The West Coast bank says it will roll out a series of five tutorials for new and existing users of its Commercial Electronic Office (CEO) Internet portal. Each tutorial addresses specific business requirements - Stops-Photocopies-Search, Treasury Information Reporting, Self Administration, ARP Register Maintenance and Image Positive Pay - and is available as an interactive or guided session, according to customer preference.

Danny Peltz, senior vice president of Wells Fargo's wholesale Internet solutions group, says: "We developed these tutorials based on feedback we received from our CEO users, which represents more than 50% of our commercial and corporate customer base. Now customers can save significant time by training new users internally, in addition to taking advantage of the other training opportunities that we will continue to offer."

Designed to complement existing training channels such as one-on-one implementation walk-throughs and live Internet classes, the tutorials are free to any CEO customer.
