The UK's largest building society, Nationwide, has cut its payments backlog by 50% following the introduction of Accurate NXG reconciliation software.
Nationwide implemented Accurate NXG to replace a batch-driven system with automated reconciliation of the 74,000 financial transactions crossing its books each week.
Paul Alibone, corporate project manager, business improvement team at Nationwide says the project was an unqualified success: "We have implemented an external package 100% successfully - something we haven't always managed in the past with other solutions. Accurate NXG has helped us achieve our aims of reducing exposure to risk, increasing control of our operations and improving reconciliation efficiency."
