Staffware has formed an alliance with Mumbai-based IT solutions company ICICI Infotech to deliver business process management (BPM) technology to financial institutions in India.
Staffware says the partnership will raise awareness of the advances being made in workflow technology and the potential of BPM in the financial sector, especially with forthcoming legislation such as Basel II.
Staffware says what it is seeing in India is an evolving financial culture where consumer attitudes to spending are beginning to change.
