A spokesperson for Ubitrade says Bouillard decided to leave the company to pursue alternative career opportunities following "a mature and friendly discussion with chairman Jean-Pierre Aguilar and Ubitrade's board of directors".

Wibaux co-founded French trading solutions firm GL Trade in 1987, where he held various management positions, including marketing director and CEO until 1997.

He has since founded and managed a consulting agency specialising in corporate finance, marketing and business development.
