Brief: Prophit Share and AIT enter CRM alliance

UK-based knowledge management company Prophit Share has entered into a product and marketing alliance with AIT, a provider of multi-channel customer interaction systems for retail financial services.
Under the agreement, Prophit Share’s online CRM analytics software will be integrated with AIT’s multi-channel e-CRM and customer interaction systems in an initiative intended to help banks more accurately forecast customer demand for products and information.
David Roscoe, managing director of Prophit Share, believes this is the first time a customer knowledge company and an organisation that designs and implements customer-focused systems have been brought together.
