Chris Stone has resigned as chief executive of Ffastfill, the UK-based supplier of multi-exchange trading software.
Stone, who was previously chief operating officer of Ffastfill Europe and was appointed chief executive in October 2001, will stay on as a consultant, advising the board on financial markets.
His responsibilites will be taken over by chairman Keith Todd, who says: "This been a very difficult time for the sector and for Ffastfill."
Former ICL executive Todd took over the Ffastfill chair from Nicholas Durlacher in October after the company reported widening first half losses of £7.6 million on rising development costs and asset write-downs.
