ANZ Investment Bank selects divine's MindAlign for instant messaging

ANZ Investment Bank, a division of the Australia New Zealand Bank Group (ANZ), has implemented Chicago-based divine's real-time messaging system MindAlign across its global foreign exchange, capital markets and transaction operations.

MindAlign enables instant one-to-one and group communication through channels-based technology, allowing users to create new channels to support ongoing discussions.

Users can also post documents, URLs and alerts to channels and create filters to be notified of messges. In addition, channel content is archived and can be searched by date, time, key word, channel and user.

Sean Cash, COO, ANZ Investment Bank, says: "With divine MindAlign, we have been able to enhance global communication between our principal front office trading locations."

The vendor says MindAlign is used by in more than 20 financial institutions worldwide.
