Former EasyPay chairman and CEO Patrick Boylan has been appointed chairman of Texas-based payments processing software vendor ClearCommerce International.
Boylan will assume responsibility for global financial service strategy at ClearCommerce and will take a seat on the firm's board of directors.
Before his tenure at EasyPay, Boylan served as chief executive for card services and e-ventures at NatWest Group, general manager for retail banking and card services at HSBC Holdings and was a memeber of the global board at MasterCard.
His appointment comes just days after ClearCommerce announced a major e-payments processing deal with HSBC.
