Fleet Global Trade Services has teamed with American Management Systems (AMS) to implement document imaging technology at its trade processing centres in the US and Hong Kong.
Trade Key Online Images (TKOism), which can be accessed via Fleet's trade processing platform, will enable customers to view financial documents, including payment transactions, over the Web.
Bob Johnson, executive vice president of Fleet Global Trade Services, says: "The elimination of paper and automation of existing supply chain processes are an important part of our efforts to meet the evolving needs of our clients."
The companies have also announced the deployment of AMS's trade services processing platform at Fleet's Hong Kong processing operation. AMS TradeLine is already in use at the bank's US centre.
