Lehman Brothers Bank has signed signed a multi-year contract with information software vendor Docucorp and Sanchez Data Systems for transaction processing and customer correspondence management services.
As the document fulfillment provider for Sanchez's e-Profile application, Docucorp will provide printing, mailing and Web presentment software for Lehman's customer documents, including combined statements, welcome kits and retirement documents.
Docucorp says transactions will be processed by Sanchez before being sent to its application service provider (ASP) facility, where supporting customer documents will be printed, mailed and made available to bank staff via a Web browser.
All documents will be stored using Docucorp's archival software and will be housed at Sanchez's data service centre.
William Barry, Docucorp's senior vice president of sales and marketing, comments: "Our solutions will enable Lehman personnel to access, generate and deliver business-critical documents and customer correspondence without ever having to touch any paper."
Lehman Bank says the software will automate and streamline its customer correspondence process.
