Commerzbank Securities has begun live use of eVent, the corporate actions automation solution from UK vendor Heliograph, following six weeks of user acceptance testing.
The German bank is using the package to automate its entire announcement capture process and integrate announcement capture feeds from interbank network Swift, as well as data vendors such as Telekurs and Bloomberg.
HelioGraph claims to have recently signed three other new licencees for eVent who will join a user base which also includes ABN Amro, MFS Investment Management and KBC Asset Management.
