ADP Brokerage's Investor Communication Services (ADP ICS) division has appointed Simon Hughes director of sales and marketing for Europe.
In his new role, Hughes will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the company's shareholder communications and proxy voting products and services for global custodians and institutional investors based in the UK and Europe. He will report to Glen Good, director of ICS, Europe.
Hughes was previously vice president, custody operations at State Street. Prior to this he held senior management positions at Lloyds TSB and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
He replaces Sally Burton who has been transferred to a senior sales position at ADP ICS's New York office.
