ADP Brokerage Services has acquired the business of Web-based brokerage solutions vendor Vantra Group for an undisclosed amount.
Vantra enables brokerage firms to outsource the hosting and maintenance of investor Web sites.
The Vantra system allows back office personnel and clients to simultaneously view the same account information.
David Swift, senior vice president, ADP Brokerage Services Group, says: "Vantra's comprehensive offering coupled with ADP's international and domestic back office presence is an extremely compelling solution for brokerage firms searching for an end-to-end solution supported via a single service channel."
Vantra's most recent release is VoltsJ, an n-tier Java based multi-currency, multi-lingual application that stores and reports information. The solution will be hosted in ADP's data centre.
