Corillian and Epicore team for CRM call centre solution

Corillian Corporation is to integrate Epicor's call management system Clientele, with Voyager, its e-banking platform and call centre application.
Epicor's Clientele customer support system is billed as the first CRM solution built on the Microsoft .Net platform.
Corillian says the integrated package will give call centre staff a comprehensive view of customer data, including balances, statements and transactional history.
John Hibbard, product line manager for CRM, Corillian Corporation says the new system will provide financial firms with an enterprise solution that integrates with financial records for improved customer service across remote channels.
