ABN Amro North America is to deploy WebTone's TouchPoint solution to manage its sales activities across 390 branches in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana.
TouchPoint Sales Management will enable institutions to tie-in local sales activities to corporate sales objectives through multi-channel sales management.
The system provides tools for campaign generation and tracking, employee and organisational performance management, contact management and referral tracking.
