ABN Amro selects WebTone's Touchpoint to manage sales

ABN Amro North America is to deploy WebTone's TouchPoint solution to manage its sales activities across 390 branches in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana.

TouchPoint Sales Management will enable institutions to tie-in local sales activities to corporate sales objectives through multi-channel sales management.

The system provides tools for campaign generation and tracking, employee and organisational performance management, contact management and referral tracking.

Al Harker, EVP retail banking, ABN Amro North America, says: "ABN AMRO has matured its marketing analytics and local market sales processes over a number of years but our biggest challenge has been getting the marketing analytics and sales management processes to work in tandem with each other. TouchPoint Sales Management will close this loop."
