FT Interactive Data is to merge its North American and European data delivery businesses and has appointed Raymond D'Arcy to head the business.
D'Arcy has been in charge of the company's North American division for the past two years. He was previously senior vice president of global sales, marketing and customer service.
Roger Sargeant has been appointed managing director of the company's European operation.
Sargeant, who has held senior business development positions at the company in Asia and North America, will report directly to D'Arcy.
