The German bank says the enhanced customer inquiry system will provide multi-national clients with broader access to historical transaction and investigative data from their own accounts.

Db cinq has been online for two years, and is currently used by “hundreds” of clients to connect their back offices to Deutsche cash management applications.

Timothy Merrell, director and head of US dollar high value payments, Deutsche Bank, says the system is particularly useful for clients who maintain a multitude of branches and departments that can now perform investigations on their own without having to constantly revert back to their head offices. “In fact out average client has over twelve registered users,” he says. “We are pleased to be able to expand this service for our euro accounts so that it will further accommodate our financial institution clients’ needs.”
