Finansbank deploys Siebel CRM package

Finansbank, the fast-growing Netherlands-based banking group, has introduced Siebel eFinance, MidMarket Edition to unify its disparate customer information systems.

The Siebel package, designed specifically for medium-size businesses in the financial services sector, is being used by the bank to cultivate a single, united understanding of customer information. Its implementation follows rapid growth in the operations of Finansbank and the introduction of new products, such as credit and brokerage services, which were each developed on different databases.

The package has been deployed at the bank's call centre where it interfaces with a Genesys CTI system. Callers are identified and passed on to the most approporiate agent, who in turn is presented with a real-time profile of the caller and their banking products.
