Pegasystems has joined the Siebel Alliance Programme as a base software partner and validated the integration between its PegaWorks Rules Engine version 7.2 and Siebel eBusiness Applications version 6.
With this validation, mutual customers of the two vendors can utilise Pegasystems' rules engine's process automation to minimise manual work efforts and integrate front office and back office workflow.
PegaIntegrator is the product that enables Siebel eBusiness Applications users to invoke a PegaWorks Rules Engine workflow through a frame in the Siebel client.
