Bachmann Love is appointed head of North America sales in FXall's New York office, while Keith Hill joins the London office as head of Europe Middle East and Africa sales. Both will report to Mark Warms, chief marketing officer, FXall.

Bachmann Love was formerly sales and relationship manager with Atriax, a rival multi-bank portal established by Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Citibank, which closed in April. Prior to that, she was director, foreign exchange sales for Deutsche Bank in New York and London and also worked for JP Morgan New York in international equity and foreign exchange sales.

Keith Hill was formerly head of relationship management, Americas, for Atriax. Previously he was director of sales at surviving independent portal Currenex and worked for JPMorgan as a vice president in foreign exchange sales and emerging market sales in New York, Mexico and the UK.

Warms says the new appointments have been made with a view to capitalising on a 60% increase in customer uptake for FXall in the last quarter.

These new appointments follow the election of Loic Meinnel, global head of foreign exchange, BNP Paribas, as chairman of the FXall board. He takes over the revolving chairmanship from Fabian Shey, managing director, head of global FX services at UBS Warburg.
