Bank of Hawaii has selected nextSource's Talent Acquisition Management Solutions(Tams) software to automate current staffing practices.
The nextSource package will be deployed to streamline recruiting, agency and applicant management processes at the bank.
Bank of Hawaii vice chairman and director of human resources Neal Hocklander says: "With its real-time reporting capabilities and effective procurement practices, nextSource will aid in our efforts to streamline our processes for acquiring temporary staff and consultants."
