Newly-merged data software vendor Mighter Gissing Software (MGS) has appointed former employee Sheena Clark as global business development manager.
Clark most recently served with PR Newswire as newsfeed and business development manager Europe where she was instrumental in winning the company an FSA primary information provider disclosure licence with the London Stock Exchange.
Earlier in her 14-year career, Clark was sales and marketing manager for Mighter Ltd.
MGS's flagship ConteX MCS software takes direct inputs from generic TCP/IP feed handlers from investment houses and other sources and simultaneously outputs these to major data providers in their bespoke protocols. These include Marketlink, Bloomberg MPF and Telekurs MCI. It can take data from any middleware backbone such as TIB RV, TRIARCH or Talarian Smartsockets.
