Clerical Medical Investment Management (CMIM), the asset management business of HBOS, has deployed eWare's Internet and mobile customer relationship management solution as part of the first phase of an enterprise-wide CRM initiative.
The £60 billion plus asset management business is preparing to rebrand and relaunch under a new identity later this year and is undergoing a major systems investment programme.
Vince Hetherington, project manager at CMIM, comments: "We decided that eWare offered us the ideal combination of speed of deployment, attractive user interface, integration capability and flexibility for our future needs. And we had confidence that their implementation partner Kynetix would be able to provide the level of assistance we needed."
Stuart Alexander, head of retail sales at the asset management business adds: "eWare offers us the benefits of our consultants seeing exactly the same information in real time as the head office sales and marketing teams and the customer services teams."
The project was completed in under six weeks and within budget says the vendor.
