Financial Objects has won best packaged application of the year in Western Europe for its activebank2 solution, at Microsoft's annual Certified Partner Awards.

Activebank2 is an XML-based retail and wholesale banking solution which supports multiple delivery channels such as browser, PDA, WAP, iDTV, instant messaging, alerting technology and video/voice conversations.

The solution is built on Microsoft’s .NET platform.
