Windows 2000 Datacenter Server was developed to work optimally in high-traffic computer networks. This certification confirms i-Wealthview's ability to serve as a banking platform for large data centres, notes the company.

Mike Cardiff, president and CEO of Fincentric, says: "Datacenter certification confirms that we offer a robust platform for the mission-critical, high-volume transactions that are essential in financial services."

"We are especially proud to be the first financial services-focused vendor to achieve this status among the world's leading software companies," he adds.

Fincentric has also received Gold Partner designation for its success in delivering Microsoft technologies through its wealth management software to financial institutions. Earlier this year, Fincentric achieved Windows 2000 Advanced Server certification for the i-Wealthview banking system.
