Under the deal, XFN will represent ComStock in Taiwan's financial market. XFN will also focus on selling Standard & Poor's ComStock's high-speed digital data feed, XpressFeed to the redistribution market and Aspen Graphics to the end-user market.

XpressFeed's data includes equities and options, market depth and ECN data, foreign exchange data, along with a host of proprietary information from Standard & Poor's.

Maureen Ahern, managing director of Asian operations at Standard & Poor's ComStock, says: "The consolidation in the industry has left organisations in Taiwan with all their eggs in one basket. We represent an alternative to Reuters for organisations seeking quality data and competitive prices."
