Mantas, a US provider of money laundering and fraud detection software, has appointed Darren Innes to head up the company's expansion into Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The appointment is in line with Mantas' strategy to expand its business operations outside North Amercia. Simon Moss, CEO of Mantas, says: "Mantas' continued focus on international expansion comes at a time when our services have become essential for the financial community...Our intellectual capital, increased global presence, and strong balance sheet will enable us to continue to deliver an incredible value proposition to the financial services industry, just as we have in North America"
As director of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Innes will lead Mantas' international expansion and its European-based global sales team.
Innes joins Mantas from e-business software solutions provider Izodia.com, where he was head of the finance practice in London. He has also previously worked for FNX Limited, Huthwaite International and Barclays Financial Services.
