Reuters partners Siebel for CRM push in financial services

Reuters and Siebel Systems have forged an alliance to provide enhanced customer management and service capabilities for financial institutions.
Under the deal, Reuters and Siebel Systems will combine their capabilities, information and workflow processes to create customer specific solutions that will substantially improve the role of technology in managing customer relationships in financial services.
The two companies will co-market these solutions to both existing and prospective customers and implement joint customer-led engagements, generated either by Reuters or Siebel Systems. Reuters is now a Siebel Premier Content Partner in the Siebel Alliance Program.
