AIT partners CPM for Brazilian sales push

AIT Group has forged an alliance with Brazilian systems integrator CPM to roll out customer relationship management (CRM) solutions across South America.
Under the agreement, CPM will resell and implement tailored customer solutions on AIT's product platform, Portrait. The companies will initialy focus on current demand in the financial services and telecommunications industries in Brazil, before targeting the wider South American market.
Portrait connects legacy and back-end systems with customer-facing applications to provide a single view of the customer across multiple channels.
AIT will build upon CPM's current customer base, already using an older version of its technology, EDGE, and extend and increase these implementations using Portrait.
