Radiolinja WPKI combines identification of buyer and merchant, data encryption during the transaction, and electronic signature technology, to enable users to log on to all PKI-based services with one single ID code/password combination.

Customers using the service will be supplied with a new Swim smart card for their mobile phone which includes two encrypted keys - one for logging on to the service and the other for the electronic signature.

Radiolinja has already signed agreements with Visa credit card institution Luottokunta, Okobank, and a commercial TV channel for roll out of the service.
