Netherlands-based Postbank has selected DataDistilleries' analytical Real-Time Suite to improve customer sales and service across its contact centre, Internet, and e-mail delivery channels.
The bank's 800 customer service centre staff will be able to use the software to make relevant sales suggestions based upon the latest individual client data, which records if customers have visited the Web site before calling, and shows what information was being searched for on the site.
Ronald Oudendijk, head of the database marketing centre at Postbank, says: "Now, thanks to DataDistilleries' Real-Time Suite, we can increase the value we already derive from our Siebel call centre and Internet environment by making our clients offers that fully match their individual needs and wishes at that particular moment."
