Wise and Bell are recognised as key entrepreneurs responsible with others for Synergo Tarot, Open Hub, TCA and Netik.

O'Leary says their departure is a natural consequence of the growth and evolution of Netik, which recently signed its 300th customer. In December, Netik secured $15 million in venture capital backing from Warburg Pincus and Advent. O'Leary says he will concentrate on building a business infrastructure capable of taking the company through its next stage of growth.

O'Leary spent fifteen years at Misys as a main board director. At various times, he held operational responsibility for Misys’s Insurance Division in the UK and Healthcare division in the US. He also held responsibility for ACT Financial Systems following acquisition of the ACT Group by Misys in 1994.
