Mobile technology firm m-Wise has introduced a new plug-and-play financial alerts SMS product, promising a 48-hour turnaround for banks looking to offer customers financial news and information on the move.
The end-to-end platform is designed for banks to offer a white-labelled wireless alerts service covering global financial markets with live feed, integrated customer billing and real-time reporting, says m-Wise.
Mobile customers will be able to select from financial products and indices, define requested floor/ceiling price or percentage change for alerts, and set the time of day and period of time for which they wish each alert to be active. Customers can also use interactive feature to pause, cancel or modify their alerts through simple SMS replies.
The m-Wise Alerting Engine is currently deployed by sports, entertainment, betting and travel companies.
