Scandinavian financial conglomerate Nordea has appointed Jarle Haug to head up the group's IT operations. He will take up his new position on 1 March, 2002.
Haug currently heads the corporate staffs in retail banking in Norway and has held a number of positions at K-Bank since he joined in 1989.
Haug will succeed Bengt-Åke Eriksson, who is to retire this summer.
