Bisys has won two extension agreements for business process outsourcing services with Boston's Eaton Vance Management and London-based Janus Capital Corporation.
Janus has extended an existing agreement with Bisys to continue to support its Janus World Funds with administration, accounting, transfer agency, and compliance services. The company has also contracted with Bisys to support two new fund families, the Janus Selection Fund and Janus World Principal Protected Funds.
Richard Garland, chief executive officer of Janus International, comments: "Bisys worked closely with our executives to design the new global funds and tailor the fund administration process. We consider our alliance with Bisys and its outsourcing services as strategic components in our growth goals for these three fund families.”
Eaton Vance has signed an agreement with Bisys for the provision of fund administration and accounting services for its Ireland-domiciled Emerald Funds, in addition to the transfer agency services previously provided by the outsourcer.
