Bisys, a New York-based provider of business process outsourcing solutions, has entered a partnership with IT services firm Compushare to roll out customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to banks and brokerages across the country.
Bisys' CRM solution is a front-office platform that enables customer information to be shared between financial institutions' sales, marketing and service operations.
Under the agreement, Compushare will manage all aspects of rolling out the product within bank branches, including installation of the CRM solution software and upgrading of the banks' infrastructures as necessary to support the product.
In a separate announcement, New York Life Insurance Company has renewed its insurance services outsourcing contract with Bisys.
Edward Tobin, corporate vice president, sponsored marketing division, says: "Over the years we have developed a strong relationship with Bisys...No one offers the array of carriers, competitive products, and sales, underwriting, and back-office support that Bisys does."
