Bank of America has licensed additional Siebel e-business applications as part of an effort to improve customer relationships and interactions across mutlitple touchpoints and geographies.
The bank says it extended its existing license with Siebel in a bid to better understand and respond to customer needs and grow existing customer relationships. The new modules will provide a single view of each customer across multiple channels and geographies, says the company.
Lee Thrasher, senior vice president, Bank of America, says: "Siebel Systems' out-of-the-box, industry-specific functionality will allow our organisation to work more proactively with our customers than ever before, to anticipate customer needs, and to simplify customer relationships with the bank."
