First Union National Bank has extended its licence with Integrated Software Solution (ISS) for its Corporate Universe and ISSMoneyMarket products.
Corporate Universe provides both debt and equity securities processing on a single system for banks. Its open systems environment and object-oriented database allows for Internet access, IVR integration, and rapid development.
ISSMoneyMarket is an Internet-based commercial paper issuance system that provides short-term debt processing. The system minimises paper instructions and person-to-person contact, and allows real-time interaction between client and company.
First Union has been an ISS customer since 1995.
