Citi Commerce Solutions, the private-label credit card division of Citibank, has signed an agreement with First Data Corporation for transaction processing services for its US and Canadian accounts.
Bill Johnson, president, Citi Commerce Solutions, says: "We look forward to expanding our strong relationship with First Data and leveraging their private-label capabilities to deliver superior service to our retail partners."
