Dublin-based Altamedius, a provider of wireless payments solutions for banks and mobile operators, has appointed Philip Jording as chief executive officer.
Jording replaces John McCallion, a co-founder of the company, who will now assume the role of chief operating officer and will continue to serve on the board of directors.
Jording joins the company from Thyron, where he was COO. He previously held a number of executive positions with Ericsson in Europe.
