Microsoft has selected UK-based AIT as its preferred partner for CRM in retail financial services.
AIT's thin-client, CRM solutions support a range of delivery channels, including the contact centre, Internet, wireless, branch and interactive TV. The software currently runs on the Microsoft Windows 2000 Server platform, using SQL Server 2000 and IIS, and will integrate fully with Microsoft's .NET technologies.
