Microsoft names AIT as preferred CRM partner

Microsoft has selected UK-based AIT as its preferred partner for CRM in retail financial services.

AIT's thin-client, CRM solutions support a range of delivery channels, including the contact centre, Internet, wireless, branch and interactive TV. The software currently runs on the Microsoft Windows 2000 Server platform, using SQL Server 2000 and IIS, and will integrate fully with Microsoft's .NET technologies.

Neil Holloway, managing director of Microsoft Ltd (UK), comments: "We have worked with AIT for many years and firmly believe that it has developed the very best CRM solution for retail financial services. It understands the needs of the market and develops its products to ensure its clients can create superior customer retention strategies. Its recent win at Nationwide to provide enterprise-wide CRM underlines the success of this approach."
