Payment technology firm Orbiscom has appointed First Data Resources vice president Henry Tsuei to the company's advisory board.
Tsuei is a senior vice president, ventures and emerging technologies at FDR. The appointment follows the recent agreement struck with FDR parent company First Data to act as the preferred provider of Orbiscom's controlled payment number technology for online shopping.
