Irish Life, Ireland's largest life assurance and mortgage provider, has standardised on Siebel's customer relationship management solution for the insurance industry.
The Siebel eInsurance application is being deployed throughout the company's life and pensions sales force, contact centre, and bank branches.
By integrating policy, mortgage, and bank account data from the insurer's back office systems, the solution will enable Irish Life sales staff to present appropriate, personalised recommendations to customers at the point of sale, says the company. It will also allow branch and contact centre personnel to deliver qualified appointments to the sales team.
