Pennsylvania-based Unisys Corporation has elected Denise Fletcher, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, MasterCard International, to the board.
Fletcher, who becomes the board's 11th member, has been CFO of MasterCard since September 2000 and is responsible for finance, planning, new markets and investments.
Previously, she was CFO of financial printers Bowne and Company and managing director of Fletcher Associates. At Fletchers, she advised client CEOs and CFOs on maximising market share and profitability. She has also been corporate treasurer of The New York Times Company.
