The full-HD video banking service is integrated with the bank's Genesys Contact Centre suite and operates across any desktop browser.

Customers simply need to ensure they have a Web cam and microphone to dail in for a face-to-face video chat with a bank consultant.

A mobile deployment on iOS and Android using mobile SDKs from video-calling company Requestec is planned for later in the year.
