UK-based banking software house Welcom Software has partnered with wireless and customer relationship management firm eWare to develop an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) offering for financial services companies.
The Welcom solution comprises business intelligence, back office administration and knowledge management. Under the agreement, Welcom will become an eWare value-added reseller (VAR) and business partner, certified to sell and implement eWare CRM solutions in its chosen markets.
Founded and based in Dublin, eWare operates worldwide and its customers include First Active Bank, Aircom, eTel, Marcus Evans, Memorex Telex and Taylor Nelson Sofres.
