Brief: Morgan Stanley implements Siebel CRM system

Morgan Stanley is to implement CRM technology from Siebel to manage its investment banking relationships.

The Siebel system is to be installed on the desktops of 2000 staff at Morgan Stanley's investment banking division. It will be used by the group's investment bankers to view and share information about their corporate clients with team members across departments and around the globe.
