OUB's treasury department has been using Syntegra's ITS voice trading platform for the past three years.

"The deployment of ITS Myriad will be a natural progression, ensuring that we are able to manage the multiple channels that our clients now use to communicate with the bank, and make the most of the knowledge that exists in our business - whether client, product or market information," says Jake Lim, vice president, OUB.

Syntegra says it is working with Microsoft to provide the middleware layer and front-end for each user to ensure integration of voice with existing in-house and third party systems including customer relationship (CRM) applications. ITS Myriad can also include connectors to other middleware solutions such as Tibco, as well as deal capture and transaction processing systems.

The solution is based on the open standards-based Java J2EE application server architecture, and can be deployed across ITS, PBXs and IP-based platforms.
